Here's some older footage from my 2007 visit to Japan. In this vid I'm checkin out the UNESCO World Heritage site and very impressive Hemiji Castle (姫路城). It was a beautiful day and certainly a beautiful castle! Hemiji Castle is located in Hyogo Prefecture and consisits of 83 buildings. It is sometimes known as the "White Heron" castle. This is where the famous 1980's tv miniseries "Shogun" was filmed. It's about 30 minutes outside of Osaka. There'll be some new Japan vids coming starting next month.
