mom VS the state of South Carolina. I've been working non stop for over 5 years trying to get "Kelli's Law" enacted in South Carolina. The closest i've come is it sitting in the judiciary committee since early 2007 collecting dust. umm hello, it's now June of 2011. Now i'm told I have to start all over and find someone to re-introduce it. problem is, no one will. it's just one lame excuse after another. I'm about to out this state and make sure my daughter's life AND death matter in the state where her DUI homicide took place & where she is buried. my patience ran out years ago and i'm over being nice about it. It shouldnt be this hard to get just one senator or representative to introduce Kelli's law! ps: there are two morgue photos/posters. so if that bothers you- look away at 1:20 & 2:20 for a few seconds.
