Man who left dead puppies at Pontiac animal shelter comes forward

When employees at the Michigan Animal Rescue League came to work Sunday morning, they found a box on the doorstep that contained bodies of seven deceased puppies. According to a release from MARL, security footage shows a vehicle pulling into the shelter parking lot around 11 p.m., a person walking to the side door, putting the box down and walking away.
