As promised here is my new diet plan for 2017 that I will be following to build muscle and shred fat. 

At the end of last year I created a new years resolution list and I set the expectation for myself to gain 12 pounds of muscle in 12 weeks and get in the best shape of my life.

Recently I've struggled to take in enough water and food everyday to hit my macros everyday so I'm working on making progress day to day until I eventually can hit those numbers. 

I hope this video has inspired to take your health to the next level and start getting on a consistent diet regimen realizing that wealth doesn't matter without the proper health.
