How to fix 'Location is not available' There is not enough space on the disk (USB RAW disk)

When i put the pendrive into PC, window says Location is not available . L:\ is not accessible. There is not enough space on the disk. That is my 16gb USB storage capacity is reduced to 2mb. Solution: Open disk management, you can see the disk is marked as RAW. Delete volumes under this disk. From the unallocated space create a simple volume.
