First up, WPOI-16 with NS 3376 (SD40-2) and CSXT 8886 (ex EL SD45-2) pulls around the wye at CP PD to make a set-off at Port Reading Yard. Once OI-16 has shoved in the clear, OI-95 is given permission to head east/north around the wye from the Port Reading Secondary to the Chemical Coast Secondary. OI-95 is led by a freshly painted NS 5277 (GP38-2) and this work extra consists is handling CSX maintenance of way equipment.
