Alex is on fall break this week so today we went to see the Nina and the Pinta which our on tour and docked at Ross's Landing in Chattanooga, TN.  These are two replicas or the originals with the Niña being hand built in Brazil and the most accurate replica in the world of the original ship that brought voyagers to the new world. Apparently the Pinta is a little larger than the original and was designed this way for commercial tours.

While we were there we saw the River Gorge Explorer which is a relatively new boat which provides tours of the Tennessee River Gorge.  I think Alex and I will try to make this trip this week also.
