The "Money Lending and Other Sins III" mission is a difficult one to get a gold medal on until you realize you don't have to do all debt collections and you absolutely have to skip specific cut scenes only. The requirement of the gold medal is: - Complete within 2 minutes and 10 seconds. NOTE ON HOW TO COMPLETE THIS #1: The mission cannot be completed in 2 minutes and 10 seconds. The time limit only starts once you confront each debtor, and ends after the confrontation is over. It is during each confrontation that you will get cut scenes, and these must be skipped. Fail to skip them and you will not get the gold medal. NOTE ON HOW TO COMPLETE THIS #2: Fastest way to complete each confrontation aside from skipping cut scenes is to repeatedly select the "Beat" option.
