Because several people asked, I tried to make another video about how A7R III does EYE-AF in Single Autofocus Mode.   You do not need and hold any additional buttons.   In fact you can operate your A7R III with a cable release and never touch the camera and it will still focus on the eye of a person you are trying to photograph.
