There may be an instance when an eBay feedback you have received was not your fault and you are unsatisfied with the comment left. In this case you can submit a request to have this feedback revised by eBay and if successful eBay will take necessary action. After you go through these steps it is then up to eBay to evaluate your request and hopefully they will agree that the feedback was unnecessary.
