Original description:

In this video I perform the Suspend Save glitch found by Jlun2 with Coral Reef and the first room of Pufftop. The trick is to have a previous save in memory, then on the next time you press start, reset the game after 36 frames exactly.

The result of doing it in this video was that glitchy enemies appeared and the location of the doors were changed.
