I know there isn't a cat involved, but it sounds like a cat is screaming.  We are at Union Station, where I had heard a bunch of sirens coming down the street.  I figured I would try and video one of them.  Here, we see Squad 4, as it kills its EQ2B in mid wail.  I am guessing the call was canceled.  I am unsure what kind of model or make Squad 4 is.
