How to Pendulum cast.
Ages ago I was pretty proficient at Pendulum casting.  But after so long I figured I'd chronicle the steps of getting back to old form.
This footage was literally just a random grab out of the slow motion editor I'm experimenting with on the Note 9.  Just figured I'd share it.
Here I show off my awful timing having essentially only tip loaded the rod.  Worth noting that it was a tad challenging combating a head wind which when using a hockey ball tends to float a bit when bringing it forward as it's not as aerodynamic as a lead.    The important part is getting the rhythm and drop to where I'm comfortable.  
WOW is all I gotta say.  10 years ago when I was in stroke.  It was second nature....Now it took me 20 casts to shake out incorrect muscle memories  lolol.
