Charles Millican UCF's Founding President was honored on November 13th 2009 with a statue dedication. The nearly six-foot tall statue is located in front of the universitys administration building, also named in Millicans honor. The statue symbolized the mission in which he gave to the university, "Reach for the Stars." (2009)
