At least 128 people have been killed in an Islamic State-claimed suicide blast targeting a political rally in southwest Pakistan, say officials. It's the deadliest attack in the country since 2014. Earlier in the day, at least four people were killed and 39 injured after a bomb hidden inside a motorcycle detonated as a Pakistani politician's convoy passed by.
