A: The Skilled Worker stream of the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program is an immigration stream under the Labour Impact category that helps Prince Edward Island employers with hiring foreign workers for positions that could not be filled by Canadian workers. The positions need to be in occupations that fall under the NOC skill-level categories 0, A or B.
