If you're applying for a Quebec Selection Certificate as a worker in a profession that is regulated by a regulatory body or a professional order, you need to fill out an A-0527-JA Declaration by a candidate practicing a regulated profession or trade in Quebec. If you're a medical practitioner, you should fill out an A-0527-KA Declaration by a graduate of a medical school outside of Canada and the United States. In case you're a teacher, you should fill out an A-0527-IA Declaration of a candidate practicing the teaching profession in preschool, elementary school or secondary school.
