Toady we are cooking up some Jamaican Ackee and Salftfish for breakfast before the passing of a hurricane. Hurricanes are not strange in the Caribbean and America so we were somewhat prepared. This was the meal we choose to have that would hold us until the storm passed. I want to send condolences to all those who lost a loved one during the passing of Hurricane Matthew in the Caribbean and along the east coast of Florida. We do not take this disaster lightly and thank God for protecting those of us who have survived it's impact intact.
