Something's whacky.  We had snow in early December here, which then froze, with temperatures in single digits for almost two weeks.  And now, in February, another snow event, dumping 15 inches on Albany, Oregon, where I live.  We don't get snow here.  The city doesn't even own a snow plow.  Somethings' whacky!
