I Am A Nobody I have concluded that it is near impossible to make a video involving Olette without getting the rest of the Twilight Town inhabitants in at least one shot. And that was the most frustrating thing about making this video. I also hate the fact that I can't find any decent quality clips for these games! It also bothers me that Olette isn't fully animated in the majority of her clips (since I try not to use those clips for other characters.) She's a cutie! Overall I am very happy with how it came out! I haven't done a video with a storyline in it for a while, and it was nice getting back into the swing of things. Now actually onto the video itself. I really like how it turned out. I was going for simplicity, as I see Olette as being a very down-home, simple girl who doesn't like fancy things as much as others might. Because of that, I thought having a million effects everywhere wouldn't suit her character. Hence the few Cookie Cutter bars and a flash or two and the brightness. I also see her as being the quiet, shy one of the group who has strong opinions but doesn't get them heard as much as, say, loudmouthed Hayner. Story: There's only so much a girl can take! Sixteen years with the same six friends is enough to drive anyone crazy, especially when you've never even been out of your town for more than a weekend. As it is, Olette has been the responsible one in the group for far too long, making sure the boys have their homework done, keeping them out of trouble, encouraging them. And she's starting to get sick of not being take seriously by them--even with Kairi on her side. The last straw is when Hayner, who she has been dating for a while, finally breaks up with her. It wasn't completely unexpected, since she'd even been getting sick of him, but it still made her mad. So, she decides she's going to leave town and find a place where she can achieve to the extent she wants. All of her friends have gotten somewhere--especially Roxas. Can't she? No more of the typical Twilight Town drama--she wants something new and exciting. She's saved her money, packed her bags, and gotten on the train out of town...but not before saying goodbye and treating everyone to one last sea-salt ice cream bar. And she won't give up everything, either--she'll hang on to her favorite memento, the yellow crystal that reminds her of her friends. But pretty soon, she'll be somewhere on a beach, like she's always wanted to live, with everything she ever wanted.
