In this video I visit the locations from the official video for Headlights by Eminem. The song features Nate Ruess, another one of my favourite artists. And then it’s a short walk over to the Dresden street house, well the lot where the house was once located . This house was on the back cover of the Marshall Mathers LP and on the front cover of the Marshall Mathers LP 2. It seems like the park was chosen for the specific reason that it is so close to the childhood home of Eminem, and once upon a time a little Slim Shady probably played soccer in that park. Or football. Or rather, write rhymes chillin under the monkey bars. That seems right.
