The concept was to form nests from rice noodles. The reality is that rice really isn't a good building material! Next time, we'll use egg noodles, or maybe even pasta! Shrimp, scallops and asparagus planked to perfection, dusted with Tango spice midnight espresso, and served, not in nests, but on a rice noodle bed. Despite the noodle fail, this rocked! ...Had a partial Solar Eclipse for dessert!
