I have quite the job cut out for me too coordinate how to properly utilize all out turkey leftovers. But the ideas keep coming to me. I thought of more things even after I filmed and while editing, plus two more while writing this. I love making food stretch especially after the holidays. Rather use that extra meal money for lots of presents from Santa. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

Chicken Noodle Soup

64oz of Chicken Broth
2 cups diced Chicken (I generally use a chicken carcass. Makes broth  and all extra meat falls off the bone into the soup)
1/2 cup of diced celery
1/2 cup of diced carrots 
1/2 of diced onions 
1/4 cup of diced parsnip 
1/4 cup of diced turnip
2 cups of cold water
8oz of bow tie pasta 

1. Place broth, turkey and vegetables into a pot and simmer on med low for one hour. 

2. Bring soup to a boil and add pasta.

3. Cook until pasta is tender. Serve immediately with crackers \
