If you have ever worked in the customer service industry or in hospitality, you will totally relate to this video! You've probably encountered all kinds of bad, rude, irate, inconsiderate or otherwise unreasonable customers. Some of this video is a rant directed at people who themselves might be bad customers. When you're dealing with the general public, there's bound to be conflict and arguments. The experience just downright sucks! When you're out shopping in stores or dining in restaurants, please consider the people who are serving you. They're people too! They'd like to go home at the end of the day not pulling their hair out and wishing they were dead. We do have the right to refuse service, and some of us are brave enough to kick you out if you're misbehaving. Nonetheless, enjoy the video!
