(Foods we are avoiding) All bread and baked goods All refined and processed food products (white rice, white flour, and foods that contain artificial preservatives) 

Time Management Please use time wisely by avoiding unnecessary shopping and idle outings, which will distract you from your goals and purpose of consecration. Monitor non-edifying conversations and communications. Please limit your social media viewing and activities to business or biblical studies.
