Today I ran my first ever 10km race in support of The Florence Nightingale Hospice in Stoke Mandeville. With your kind love and support I was able to donate £1,000 to this incredible charity to help to touch the lives of so many. This donation provides one full week of hospice care for a patient and the service that they provide is awe-inspiring. I hope that this video inspires you to help others by completing bucket list challenges and improving your fitness, and I'd like to say a big thank you to all who have donated to make this possible, as well as Anytime Fitness Aylesbury for the use of their treadmill. Have faith in yourself and be kind to others.
