Hey guys! Prepare for the longest description in history.

So I don't know if you follow my instagram/twitter/facebook or if I told you, but I'm very involved in my school chorus and in March a few of my friends and I participated in the Solo Festival, where I chose a choral song to sing in front of a judge who scored me. I got a 99/100, and anyone who made above a 90 had the opportunity to sing their song at the Spring Chorus Concert at our school. Because a sixth grader sang the same song I did, my teacher let me sing my own, contemporary/guitar-y/acoustic version of the same song! As you can see, my dad got a recording of it!

Another thing I wanted to point out is the reason I chose this song to perform. Some of you have followed me as I move around and make old and new friends. This song, Homeward Bound, is actually really personal to me in two aspects. Not only is it extremely relevant and relatable to me at the moment, (in about a month I'll be travelling back to one of my hometowns and seeing all my friends for the first time in a year!) but this is also a song my old school's chorus sang every year. I'm glad I got the opportunity to sing it and use it as a tribute to one of my favorite places on earth (which I will not name for security reasons :P) I can't wait to see you guys!

I hope you enjoy, thanks for watching!
