I Made an order of four varieties of Heirloom garlic from a farm out of Washington, Filaree Garlic Farm. Inchelium red, Kettle river giant, Maiskij, and a Rocambole variety that I don't know there name of. A friend of mine came over and we Both tasted the different garlics. What an experience that was!
