For an investment referral, the applying company or individual investor need to fill out an Investment Referral Form, and submit it by email to the Opportunities Ontario program at the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration. MCI will then find the appropriate Ministry to assess the proposal, and supply the investor with the contact information of the Ministry official willing to consider the investment proposal within 15 business days of receiving the Investment Referral Form. The MCI will also send copy of the form to the ministry.
