Combining WiFi ac, Bluetooth 4.0, Zigbee and more into the SoC, can be integrated inside any process node, any fab, into any processor SoC type. Thus no need to have separate WiFi, Bluetooth processors, everything gets included in the main ARM Processor, but you still need a separate RF chip.
