On the 15th of May 2016 my son Kári Kresfelder Haraldsson chose to follow the old pagan way of Ásatru. We had a beautiful ceremony in the garden at our home in Neskaupstaður, led by East Coast Goði Baldur Pálsson. We were surrounded by friends and family who celebrated the occasion with us. My brother Ólafur Egilsson, his girlfriend Kirsty Holmes and Orri Smárason played a song composed by Kirsty.
