Try this delicious snack - Blue Cheese Steak Sliders!  They are great for super bowl party food or tail gating, or even for dinner.  Fry up some Philly steak meat or some shaved steak, layer cheeses, including blue cheese crumbles, top slider rolls with butter, garlic powder and grated parmasean.  Bake til cheese is melted, then add some wonderful chunky blue cheese dressing.  Awesome flavor!
