22 May 2015 - Africa will never meet its developmental goals if it doesn't stop the illegal movement of money off the continent. So says former president Thabo Mbeki, addressing the Pan African Parliament on Thursday. Multinational conglomerates and criminal networks have been fingered as the main perpetrators of the illicit financial outflows.But Mbeki has added that corruption is also a major factor.
