Hello Roughnecks!!  Welcome back to Tactical Tuesdays!!

Today's gameplay is TDM in Splinter Cell: Blacklist
Map: Uranium Mine
Tactic: Spy (13-8)  

Today's specific tactics are about relationships, and when it comes to that moment of breaking up.  Nobody likes to break up and start over; and, believe it or not, there's a right way and a wrong way to go about a break up.  There doesn't ever have to be a "victim" so long as you abide by rules in the finer print.  lol

Communication is the key to unlocking all doors related to any aspect of whatever relationship you're trying to build; or the relationship you're trying to end.  Just remember... 

1) You already know if you're going to break-up with somebody days or, even, weeks in advance.  When you're at the crossroads, you have to ask yourself if you're willing to work for saving it... or ending it.  Either way... communicate that to your boyfriend/girlfriend

2) Have a level of sensitivity about it all.  Nobody likes telling someone else "It's over"... and it's even worse to hear it.  

3) Don't wait till you have somebody else to latch on to, and then throw all the excuses you can to get out of it.  

4) If there's something bothering you about them - big or small - let them know immediately.  Don't just sit back and wait to see if things will fix themselves.  Would you like it if a job fired you... telling you that it was because of a lack of initiative, and you thought, "Well if you told me this days ago, I could've worked on it."  Yeah... it's exactly the same.  Give that person a chance.  

5) If all else fails... be sure that you gave 100% before ending it.  Walking away with a half-ass attempt at the relationship leaves doubt within your mind; and questions in the other's.
