William Serson speaks about illegally parked cars at Ottawa's VIA station

William Serson who is disabled, recently went to Ottawa VIA station twice to discover illegally parked cars in the three handicapped spots at the front of the station. Sept 4th Pierre Trudeau and Travis Trudeau of Western Signs & Line showed up to install handicapped signs on the pavement.
