Aqua Kitty excels at all three of these things, but unfortunately fails to go a step further. The graphics and music are both memorable and very much reminiscent of the 16-bit era of gaming while maintaining their modern sharpness, clarity, and colors. Where Aqua Kitty: Milk Mine Defender fails is in its repetitive, overly simplified gameplay. There is nothing in this game that will catch you off guard or make you think on your toes, and that is a shame since this game had so much potential. Aqua Kitty is an decent game if you are looking for your quick fix of shoot em' up fun, but not much more than that.
