Growth mindset through the eyes of a current student. 

Charlotte is a Year 11 triple scientist at Worthing High School. She recently won the make a difference award at the Child of Sussex Awards ceremony. Since she was 11 years old she’s volunteered every week to help care for horses at the Ferring Country Centre where she also supports adults and children with learning difficulties. She is described by her friend who nominated her for the award as ‘the most selfless person I know’.
