After what some of the players have called "the hardest training sessions yet", the squad headed onto the beach for more team building. This time, Volleyball was the game - and not only were the players getting involved, but boss Mark Warburton, head of conditioning Matt Springham and Richard Clark also joined the fray in what was not only a great workout, but a fun afternoon.
