5 lbs of chicken drumsticks 2 Tbs of olive oil 1/2 cup honey 1/2 soy sauce 3 Tbs of chopped garlic 3 Tbs of chopped shallots 2 teaspoons of cornstarch 2 Tbs of dry chilies flake 1/2 cup of chicken broth Salt and black pepper to season the chicken Bake chicken at 400 •f for 20 minutes, then 15 minutes, then 5 minutes and final broil for 1 minute each side.
