March 8 (Bloomberg) -- Juan Jose Suarez Coppel, chief executive officer of Petroleos Mexicanos, or Pemex, discusses the company's plan to increase output through new contracts on three offshore blocks in Mexico's mature oil fields. Pemex aims to more than triple output to 55,000 barrels-a-day.
