We know learner drivers can be very slow especially in the early days of their lessons, which is why they have to legally display 'L' plates to warn other road users, there is thus no reason for this London minicab driver behaving this way. First he overtakes one learner while turning left at a junction, then proceeds to try and overtake the AA learner car on the left as the in-experienced learner makes the classic mistake of being wide on a left turn!
