John Hoffman, Jr. gives an intimate portrait of his journey through battling depression and shares how we can learn to live with it, rather than have it hinder us.

John E. Hoffman, Jr., a retired attorney, lives on Seward Mt. Farm in Sullivan, New Hampshire. Born in New York City, he graduated from Princeton University and then Harvard Law School. He is active in community and statewide affairs, and has served on many municipal and non-profit boards, including the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, New Hampshire Public Radio, Society for Protection of New Hampshire Forests, Cheshire Health Foundation, Giving Monadnock, New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits, Monadnock Family Services, Monadnock United Way and the Apple Hill Center for Chamber Music.
