There are so many wagyu brands in Japan. All of them are great, but only one of them can be the best. For this video a good friend from visited me and together we ate the Sandai Wagyu: Kobe, Matsusaka and Yonezawa beef, which are usually seen as the best wagyu brands in Japan. In the previous video we tried the famous Kobe beef and Matsusaka steak. For this final video of the series we are off to Yonezawa in Yamagata, a prefecture in the Tohoku area, the northernmost part of Japan's largest island Honshu. There we want to eat the city's famous beef, which is often named among Japan's three best Wagyu breeds.
