We've been asked to go into some detail in regards to the buying process for electric cars. This includes Hybrids, Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV), Extended Range Plug-ins (REx) & Electric Vehicles (EV).

If you aren't currently shopping for an electric car, the process and lifestyle might be a little confusing or different to some. While buying an electric car follows the same type of process any other car would, you do have to take into consideration the type of vehicle you want to buy, the way you want to use it, and your expectations for it. Our Electric Car Buyer's Guide goes over the different types of electric cars, what type of charging solutions are available, and how to get them installed.

Since local incentives, laws, and benefits vary significantly, we can't go into specific detail for any one location, though we are using the Province of Québec in Canada as our basis for this video, as we're based out of here. Make sure you research your local incentives and promotions before buying an electric car so you don't leave money on the table.
