We begin tonight right here in Nairobi where the National Transport and Safety Authority has now suspended the issuance of all short-term Road Service Licenses previously known as TLB following a number of fatal road accidents. The Authority issued the statement just hours after at least five people died on Tuesday night near Matuu on the Thika-Garissa road when a 45 seater Matatu they were travelling in overturned.
