Hey babes! Here is a quick demonstration of some exercises I like to do at home when I can't get to the gym. To be honest, I wasn't actually gonna post this once I started editing because I felt like I looked awkward, struggling and my body looks nothing like the other fitness girls who make videos like these. But then I thought, fuck it! Yes I struggle when I work out, I get hot, I get sweaty and yes my body may look better in certain angles and worse in others but that's just reality - who cares! I'm not a personal trainer or a fitness junkie, I work out because it helps me feel good about myself and that's all that matters, right?! I hope you guys can take one thing from this vid and that is that you don't need that much time in a day, or a gym or fancy equipment, or to even know what you're doing to just get up and exercise each day. Everything I do in this workout is super simple for beginners, and all the equipment I used was literally under $20 from kmart. No excuses! Get moving! Love you guys xx
