South Sudan's rival leaders have met behind closed doors in Ethiopia's capital. It was hoped that the meeting between South Sudanese president Salva Kiir and rebel leader Riek Machar would lead to a lasting peace -- but it's not clear if that's happened. Several reports state that nothing concrete has come out of the meeting. That's despite Ethiopia touting the talks as significant. It's been nearly two years since the rival leaders met. Their supporters have been clashing in South Sudan for nearly four years now. Millions of civilians have been displaced in the fighting.
