The Nigerian Judiciary is not an island, so whatever problems exist in Nigeria it is bound to reflect on it. That's according to Kashim Zannah, Chief Judge of Nigeria’s Borno State. On the side-lines of the 58th Annual General Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association, Chief Judge Zannah discussed the importance of adopting technology within Nigeria's judicial system as well as the current national debate on the rule of law, with CNBC Africa's Christy Cole.
