Right now, the highway system in this country is facing a perfect storm: At the same time that budgets are tighter than ever, much of the highway system is well beyond its useful life and in dire need of a major renewal effort. Yet, even if funds were available for such an effort using traditional methods, the resulting congestion would be enormous. This video offers some thoughtful answers to the challenge of that perfect storm.
