Manuel Oliver’s son Joaquin was killed in the Parkland, Fla. school shooting. Following Joaquin’s death, Oliver began creating a series of 17 murals across the country called “Walls of Demand: A Parkland Artist Against Gun Violence.” Today, he is creating one of the 17 murals in front of Springfield’s South Congregational Church.
